Here in Paymogo, in the heart of the Huelva region of Andévalo, where the production of hams and cured meats forms part of the local gastronomic tradition, is where you will find our pigs and our factory. In an environment where the natural conditions are ideal and have allowed us to become leaders in the breeding and processing of Iberian pigs.

Ibéricos del Andévalo is a family-run business in which our products are processed by a dedicated and caring team of professionals.

Our products are processed using Iberian Pigs from our own farm, Los Casares, as well as those bred on other neighbouring pasturelands.

Our pigs are reared in the countryside where they forage amongst the oak trees of Andévalo’s gently rolling landscape.
